Desired Profile:

• Experience in the hospitality industry;
• Proficient in IT and skilled in using the Office Suite;
• Fluency in languages, particularly English;
• Driving license;
• Flexible schedule;
• Ability to act and solve problems under pressure;
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest relations, both in general contexts and critical situations;
• Coordinate the reception and cleaning teams;
• Submit support reports to the company’s management team;
• Ensure workspaces and guest areas are clean and organized;
• Oversee the safety and well-being of all guests and staff;
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures.

OPERATION SUPERVISOR ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP

WOTELS is a young and dynamic chain of Hostels & Hotels currently expanding across Portugal, and we want to keep growing!

We are looking for interns to take on a dynamic and engaging role as Operation Supervisor Assistant across our hospitality units. This 360-degree position will provide direct support to the unit supervisor, assisting in all key operational areas.

Your Role

You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, supporting daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences across our different hospitality units.

Hotel - WOT Lagos Montemar

• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Room cleanliness inspection
• Breakfast support – operational tasks & stock management
• Front office & reservations management (allocations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, booking verifications)
• Administrative support (post office errands, purchasing, etc.)

Aparthotel - WOT Algarve

• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Beverage service support at the pool area
• Room & common area cleanliness inspection
• Experience assistant – ensuring memorable guest experiences

Country Houses - Aldeia da Pedralva

• Room cleanliness inspection
• Support in room cleaning operations
• Front office & reservations management (allocations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, booking verifications)
• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Event support (360° assistance before, during, and after events)

What You Need

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a Breakfast Assistant for a Hostel in Lisbon, part-time (08:00 to 12:00).

Desired Profile

• Strong communication skills (knowledge of foreign languages is a plus);
• Reliability and punctuality;
• Organizational skills and a methodical approach to work;
• Responsibility and team spirit.

Main Responsibilities

• Setting up and restocking the breakfast buffet;
• Assisting guests as needed;
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the breakfast areas;
